Narada
Vrata: none (part of a caturthī-based worship/dāna observance in a caturmūrti sequence)
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It links a specific sacred time (Jyeṣṭha Caturthī) with focused worship of Viṣṇu as Pradyumna and charitable giving, teaching that devotion plus dāna performed on an auspicious tithi yields meritorious results such as svarga.
Bhakti here is expressed as arcana (ritual worship) directed to a particular divine form—Pradyumna—showing that personal, form-based worship combined with generosity is a complete devotional act endorsed in the Purāṇic path.
It highlights calendrical/ritual timing using tithi (Caturthī) and month (Jyeṣṭha), aligning with Jyotiṣa-style time-reckoning and Smārta ritual practice for choosing auspicious days for vrata and dāna.
