अधुना तु महाभाग तिथीनां वै कथानकम् । क्रमतो मह्यमाख्याहि यथा स्याद्वतनिश्चयः ॥ २ ॥
adhunā tu mahābhāga tithīnāṃ vai kathānakam | kramato mahyamākhyāhi yathā syādvataniścayaḥ || 2 ||
今こそ、幸いに満ちた御方よ。月日（ティティ）の物語を順を追って私に語ってください。そうすれば、ヴラタ（聖なる誓願）についての確かな決定が得られましょう。
