शङ्खञ्च वरुणः शक्तिं ददौ तस्यै हुताशनः ।

मारुतो दत्तवांश्चापं बाणपूर्णे तथेषुधी ॥

Transliteration

śaṅkhaṃ ca varuṇaḥ śaktiṃ dadau tasyai hutāśanaḥ |

māruto dattavāṃś cāpaṃ bāṇa-pūrṇe tatheṣudhī ||

Translation

ヴァルナ（Varuṇa）は彼女に法螺貝を授け、フターシャナ（火神アグニ，Agni）は彼女にシャクティ（槍）を授けた。マールタ（風神ヴァーユ，Vāyu）は彼女に弓を、さらに矢で満ちた二つの矢筒を授けた。
