Adhyaya 75 — The Fall and Restoration of Revatī Nakṣatra and the Birth of Raivata Manu
कोषे बलेऽथ मित्रेषु भृत्यामात्ये नरेश्वर ।
तथात्मनि महाबाहो यत्र सर्वं प्रतिष्ठितम् ॥
koṣe bale 'tha mitreṣu bhṛtyāmātye nareśvara /
tathātmani mahābāho yatra sarvaṃ pratiṣṭhitam //

The ruler’s welfare is multi-layered: prosperity (koṣa), security (bala), diplomacy (mitra), administration (amātya), and social cohesion (bhṛtya). Yet all are anchored in the king’s own discipline and health (ātman).
Dharma-oriented narrative instruction; not one of the five canonical purāṇic topics in itself.
The list can be read as an outer-to-inner hierarchy: external supports culminate in the ‘ātman’ as the real seat of stability—suggesting inner governance precedes outer governance.
