Adhyaya 71 — The King’s Remorse and the Sage’s Counsel on the Necessity of a Wife
ऋषिरुवाच पाताले नागराजोऽस्ति प्रख्यातश्च कपोतकः ।
तेन दृष्टा त्वया त्यक्ता भ्रममाणा महावने ॥
ṛṣir uvāca pātāle nāgarājo 'sti prakhyātaś ca kapotakaḥ / tena dṛṣṭā tvayā tyaktā bhramamāṇā mahāvane
聖仙は言った。「パーターラには、カポータカという名高いナーガ(蛇族)の王がいる。彼は、汝が捨て去った若い女が大森林をさまよっているのを見た。」
