Adhyaya 50 — Mind-Born Progeny, Svayambhuva Manu’s Lineage, and Brahmā’s Ordinance to Duḥsaha (Alakṣmī’s Retinue)
कन्ये द्वे च तथा ऋद्धिं प्रसूतिं च ततः पिता ।
ददौ प्रसूतिं दक्षाय तथा ऋद्धिं रुचेः पुरा ॥
kanye dve ca tathā ṛddhiṃ prasūtiṃ ca tataḥ pitā | dadau prasūtiṃ dakṣāya tathā ṛddhiṃ ruceḥ purā ||
また二人の娘、リッディ(Ṛddhi)とプラスーティ(Prasūti)もいた。そこで父はプラスーティをダクシャ(Dakṣa)に与え、先にはリッディをルチ(Ruci)に与えていた。
