तेषां नाशाय कर्तव्यं योगिनां तन्निबोध मे ।
स्निग्धां यवागूमत्युष्णां भुक्त्वा तत्रैव धारयेत् ॥
teṣāṃ nāśāya kartavyaṃ yogināṃ tan nibodha me / snigdhāṃ yavāgūm aty-uṣṇāṃ bhuktvā tatraiva dhārayet
それらの過失を滅するため、ヨーギーはいかにすべきか—我より学べ。甚だ温かく、油潤のヤヴァーグー(yavāgū、粥)を食したのち、それを内に保ち(吐き出さず、落ち着かせ)よ。
