अस्नेहाश्चापि गोधूमयवगोरसविक्रियाः । शशकः कच्छपो गोधा श्वावित् खड्गोऽथ पुत्रक ॥

Transliteration

asnehāścāpi godhūmayavagorasavikriyāḥ | śaśakaḥ kacchapo godhā śvāvit khaḍgo 'tha putraka ||

Translation

また、脂（ギー／油）を欠く小麦・大麦の調理品、および脂のない牛乳製品は避けるべきである。さらに、わが子よ、兎、亀、イグアナ、ヤマアラシ、犀もまた避けよ。
