Devotion is paired with discipline: praise (stotra) without self-regulation is incomplete; regulated food and sandhyā-aligned purification stabilize mind and speech.
Not pañcalakṣaṇa; it is sādhana-oriented narrative (Ākhyāna) with ritual markers.
Sarasvatī governs vāk (speech) and buddhi (intellect); tri-savaṇa purification symbolizes aligning prāṇa and mind with the day’s three energetic ‘gates,’ making mantra effective.
