Transliteration

kṛtasampratyayas tasyāḥ kīcakaḥ kāmamohitaḥ | nājānād divasaṁ yāntaṁ cintayānaḥ samāgamam ||

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。欲に目を覆われたキーチャカは、彼女の言葉をすっかり信じ込んだ。逢瀬の快楽を思い描くことに没頭し、日がいつの間にか過ぎ去ったことさえ気づかなかった――その心は欲望と迷いの虜であった。
