प्रत्युद्ययुर्महा भागा: साध्याश्व वसुभि: सह । उन्होंने इन्द्रको अपना आश्रय बनाकर दानवोंके साथ पुनः युद्ध प्रारम्भ किया। तत्पश्चात् वे सभी देवता महाबली मरुद्गण तथा वसुओं एवं महाभाग साध्यगण-सहित युद्धभूमिमें आगे बढ़ने लगे
pratyudyayur mahābhāgāḥ sādhyāś ca vasubhiḥ saha | indram āśritya te sarve dānavaiḥ saha punar yuddham ārabdhavantaḥ | tataḥ paścāt te sarve devā mahābalaiḥ marudgaṇaiḥ vasubhiś ca mahābhāgaiḥ sādhyagaṇaiḥ saha raṇabhūmim abhyavartanta ||
マールカンデーヤは語った。「福徳あるサーディヤたちは、ヴァスたちとともに再び立ち上がり、敵に向かって進み出た。インドラを拠り所としてその統率のもとに結集し、ダーナヴァらに対する戦いを改めて開始したのである。やがて諸神はみな—勇猛なるマルットの軍勢、ヴァス、そして輝かしきサーディヤたちを伴い—戦場へと進み、心を一つにし、規律ある勇気をもって正しき秩序を回復せんと決意した。」
