Transliteration

atāsīpuṣpasaṅkāśaḥ pītavāsā janārdanaḥ

Translation

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。黄衣をまとい、亜麻の花のごとく輝くジャナールダナ（クリシュナ）は、静謐にして吉祥なる光を帯びて現れた――戦へと収斂してゆく緊張のただ中にあって、神の導きと道義の揺るがぬ堅さを告げる相であった。
