tatra rājasahasraiś ca kurubhiś cābhisaṃvṛtam

Translation

そこでは、その場が群衆で満ち—四方を囲まれて—幾千の王たちとクル族によって埋め尽くされていた。これは、権勢と同盟、そしてダルマ（法）にかなう正しい行いの是非が公然と量られる、大いなる政の集会であることを示していた。
