Udyoga-parva Adhyāya 64: Arjuna’s Instruction to Sanjaya
Message to the Kuru Assembly
मां च ब्रुवाणं शुश्रूष कुरूणामर्थदर्शिनम् । द्रोणं कृपं विकर्ण च महाराजं च बाह्लिकम्
māṃ ca bruvāṇaṃ śuśrūṣa kurūṇām arthadarśinam | droṇaṃ kṛpaṃ vikarṇaṃ ca mahārājaṃ ca bāhlīkam ||
ヴィドゥラは言う――「また我が言葉にも耳を傾けよ。われはクル族の真の安寧を見通す者である。同じく師ドローナ、クリパ、ヴィカルナ、そして老王バーリーカの言にも従え。彼らもまた汝の益を願う者たちゆえ、我が言を敬うごとく彼らの忠告をも敬うべきである。」
