Transliteration

tataḥ sūto 'jahāt prāṇān rāma-bāṇa-prapīḍitaḥ | muhūrtād iva rājendra māṃ ca bhīr āviśat tadā ||

Translation

ビーシュマは言った。「そののち、ラーマ（パラシュラーマ）の矢に激しく責め立てられた我が御者は、ついに命を捨てた。王よ、その瞬間—ほとんど刹那のうちに—恐れが我が心へと入り込んだのだ。」
