अम्बाया रामजामदग्न्यशरणगमनम्
Ambā Seeks Refuge with Rāma Jāmadagnya
परम कथ्यतां चेति तां राम: प्रत्यभाषत । ततः: साभ्यगमद् रामं ज्वलन्तमिव पावकम्
param kathyatāṃ ceti tāṃ rāmaḥ pratyabhāṣata | tataḥ sābhyagamad rāmaṃ jvalantam iva pāvakam ||
ラーマ（パラシュラーマ）は彼女に答えた。「では、最も肝要なことを申せ。」すると乙女は、火のごとく燃え立つラーマのもとへ進み出た――敬意をもって、力ある長老の前に己が願いを差し出し、正しき訓戒と法（ダルマ）にかなう行いが導かれることを望んで。
