भवितासि यथापूर्व बलवीर्यसमन्वित: । बभूवतुस्ततस्तस्य पक्षौ द्रविणवत्तरी
bhavitāsi yathāpūrvaṃ balavīryasamanvitaḥ | babhūvatus tataḥ tasya pakṣau draviṇavattarī |
ナーラダは言った。「汝は以前のごとく、力と英雄の威力を具えて甦るであろう。」シャーンディリーがそう告げるや、ガルダの翼は先にも増して雄々しく強靭となった――真実にして善き言葉と、聖者の祝福の霊験によって、生得の力が回復したしるしである。
नारद उवाच
The verse highlights the potency of a righteous person’s words: a sage’s truthful, compassionate utterance functions as a blessing that restores strength. It underscores ethical speech and ascetic merit as forces that can heal and empower.
Nārada reports that Śāṇḍilī assures Garuḍa he will regain his former strength and valor. Immediately after her statement, Garuḍa’s wings become even stronger than before, marking a tangible transformation brought about by her blessing.
