भीमसेनो यमौ चोभौ रथमेकं समाश्रिता: । कृपो युयुत्सु: सूतश्चन॒ संजयश्व परंतप:,भीमसेन और नकुल-सहदेव तीसरे रथपर सवार हुए। चौथे रथसे कृपाचार्य, युयुत्सु और शत्रुओंको तपानेवाला सारथि संजय--ये तीनों चल दिये

bhīmaseno yamau cobhau ratham ekaṃ samāśritāḥ |

kṛpo yuyutsuḥ sūtaś ca saṃjayaś ca parantapaḥ ||

ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。ビーマセーナと双子の二人(ナクラとサハデーヴァ)は一台の戦車に乗り込んだ。別の戦車からは、クリパ、ユユツ、そして敵を灼く御者サンジャヤが出立し、己が務めと決意に従って次なる進軍の備えを整えた。
