युधिष्ठिरस्य नगरप्रवेशः — चार्वाकप्रकरणं

हतास्ते क्षत्रधर्मेण ज्ञातयस्तव पार्थिव । स्वर्गताश्न महात्मानो वीरा: क्षत्रियपुड़वा:,राजन! आपने क्षत्रियरर्मके अनुसार भाई-बन्धुओंका वध किया है। वे महामनस्वी क्षत्रियशिरोमणि वीर स्वर्गलोकमें चले गये हैं
hatās te kṣatradharmeṇa jñātayas tava pārthiva | svargatāś ca mahātmāno vīrāḥ kṣatriyapuṅgavāḥ ||
ヴァーユは言った。「王よ、汝の縁者たちはクシャトリヤの法（kṣatriya-dharma）に則って討たれたのだ。あの大いなる魂の勇士たち—戦士の中の最上—は天界へ赴いた。」
