कृतार्थ भोगिनं मत्वा सर्वो रतिपरायण: । लाभं ग्राम्यसुखादन्यं रतितो नानुपश्यति

kṛtārtha-bhoginaṃ matvā sarvo rati-parāyaṇaḥ | lābhaṃ grāmya-sukhād anyaṃ ratito nānupaśyati ||

感官の享楽にふける者を「成就した者」「満ち足りた者」と見なして、人々はことごとく快楽に帰依する。満足への執着ゆえに、世俗のありふれた安楽を超える利益を、彼らは見いだせない。
