पुनरुक्त तु वक्ष्यामि दिष्टमेतदिति प्रभो । व्यासजी बोले--महाराज! तुम बहुत शोक न करो। प्रभो! मैं पहलेकी कही हुई बात ही फिर दुहरा रहा हूँ। यह सब प्रारब्धका ही खेल है
punaruktaṃ tu vakṣyāmi diṣṭam etad iti prabho |
ヴィヤーサは言った。「大王よ、すでに述べたことを改めて申そう。これは運命によって定められたことだ。ゆえに過度の悲嘆に沈んではならぬ。起こったことは、あらかじめ割り当てられた分が成就したにすぎない。」
