अध्याय १७८ — प्राणवायुगतिः तथा शारीराग्निव्यवस्था
Adhyāya 178 — The courses of prāṇa-vāyu and the regulation of the bodily fire
तयो: सम्प्राप्तयोरुष्ट: स्कन्धदेशममर्षण: । उत्थायोत्क्षिप्प तौ दम्यौ प्रससार महाजव:
tayōḥ samprāptayōruṣṭaḥ skandhadēśam amarṣaṇaḥ | utthāyōtkṣipya tau damyau prasasāra mahājavaḥ ||
ビーシュマは語った。二頭の子牛が駱駝の肩から首にかけてのあたりへ迫ると、駱駝はそれを耐え難く感じた。怒りに立ち上がり、子牛二頭を持ち上げるや、凄まじい速さで駆け去った——抑えられぬ苛立ちが、弱き者へ突然の強い害となって現れるさまの譬えである。
