Transliteration

Gautama uvāca: Madhyadeśa-prasūto 'haṁ vāso me śabarālaye | Śūdrā punarbhūr bhāryā me satyam etad bravīmi te ||

Translation

ガウタマは言った。「羅刹王よ、私はマディヤデーシャに生まれたが、今はシャバラ（Śabara）の家に住んでいる。妻はシュードラの女で、以前に他人の妻であった。これを私は真実として汝に告げる。」
