त्रिवर्गमूलनिश्चयः — Determining the Roots of Dharma, Artha, and Kāma
Mahābhārata, Śānti-parva 123
तदाप्रभृति राजेन्द्र ऋषिभि: संशितव्रतै: । मुञ्जपृष्ठ इति प्रोक्त: स देशो रुद्रसेवित:
tadāprabhṛti rājendra ṛṣibhiḥ saṃśitavrataiḥ | muñjapṛṣṭha iti proktaḥ sa deśo rudrasevitaḥ ||
ビーシュマは言った。「それ以来、王の中の最勝者よ、厳しい誓戒を鍛え守るリシたちは、その地を『ムンジャプリシュタ』と呼ぶようになった。そこはルドラ（シヴァ）への礼拝とその臨在によって清められた土地である。」
