शकुनि (हिरण्मय-पक्षी) उपदेशः — Vighasāśin and the Difficulty of Gārhasthya
तानाबभाषे भगवान् पक्षी भूत्वा हिरण्मय: । सुदुष्करं मनुष्यैश्व यत् कृतं विघसाशिभि:
tān ābabhāṣe bhagavān pakṣī bhūtvā hiraṇmayaḥ | suduṣkaraṃ manuṣyaiś ca yat kṛtaṃ vighasāśibhiḥ ||
尊き御方は、燦然と輝く金の鳥の姿となって彼らに語った。「供犠（ヤジュニャ）の残りを食として生きる高貴な人々が成し遂げたことは、凡人にはきわめて困難である。彼らの行いは清めとなり、その生き方はすぐれている。ダルマに帰依する者は志を成就し、最上の道程に到ったのだ。」
