Aśvatthāman’s Curse, Parikṣit’s Future, and the Mani’s Restitution
वैशम्पायन उवाच ततस्ते पुरुषव्याप्रा: सदश्वैरनिलोपमै: । अभ्ययु: सहदाशार्हा: शिबिरं पुनरेव हि
vaiśampāyana uvāca | tataste puruṣavyāprāḥ sadaśvair anilopamaiḥ | abhyayuḥ sahadāśārhāḥ śibiraṃ punar eva hi ||
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは言った。すると、ダシャールハ（聖クリシュナ）を伴う精悍な英雄たちは、風のごとく速い優れた馬に乗り、再び自らの陣営へと駆け戻った。夜の暴虐の暗い余韻の中で、この偈は目的ある帰還と警戒を示す—戦の道義的重みの下での断固たる行動である。
