प्रगृह् च कुरुश्रेष्ठ साड़॒दं दक्षिणं भुजम् । उवाच धर्मभृत् पार्थ उभौ तौ केशवार्जुनौ
pragṛhya ca kuruśreṣṭha sāṅgadaṃ dakṣiṇaṃ bhujam | uvāca dharmabhṛt pārtha ubhau tau keśavārjunau ||
クル族の最上よ。そこで法を守る王ユディシュティラは、腕輪で飾られた聖クリシュナの右腕を自らの手に取り、ケーシャヴァとアルジュナの二人に向かって語りかけた。
संयज उवाच
Even amid war, rightful leadership is marked by restraint, reverence, and accountability to dharma. Yudhiṣṭhira’s gesture and address signal that decisions should be grounded in moral duty and guided by wise counsel.
Yudhiṣṭhira physically takes hold of Kṛṣṇa’s right arm (adorned with an armlet) and then speaks to both Kṛṣṇa and Arjuna, setting up an important exchange before subsequent action in the battle narrative.
