Droṇa-parva Adhyāya 95 — Sātyaki’s Breakthrough and the Routing of Allied Contingents
लोडयन्तमनीकानि द्विप॑ पद्मससरो यथा । नाशवनुवन् वारयितु पार्थ क्षत्रियपुड़रवा:
loḍayantam anīkāni dvipaḥ padmasarovaraṃ yathā | nāśakan nu vārayituṃ pārtha kṣatriyapuṅgavāḥ ||
サンジャヤは言った。蓮の満ちた池を象がかき回すように、彼は戦陣をかき乱していた。パールタよ、屈指のクシャトリヤたちでさえ彼を食い止められなかった――正義でありながら恐るべきその戦において、彼の突進はそれほど凄まじかった。
