द्रोण–सात्यकि-युद्धम्
Droṇa–Sātyaki Engagement
इति श्रीमहा भारते द्रोणपर्वणि जयद्रथवधपर्वणि द्रोणातिक्रमे एकनवतितमो< ध्याय:,इस प्रकार श्रीमह्ा भारत द्रोणपर्वके अन्तर्गत जयद्रथवधपर्वमें द्रोणातिक्रमण-विषयक इक्यानबेवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
iti śrīmahābhārate droṇaparvaṇi jayadrathavadhaparvaṇi droṇātikrame ekanavatitamo 'dhyāyaḥ | iti prakāraṃ śrīmahābhārata droṇaparvake antargata jayadrathavadhaparvameṃ droṇātikramaṇa-viṣayaka ikyānabevāṃ adhyāya pūrā huā |
サञ्जयは語った。「かくして、尊き『マハーバーラタ』の『ドローナ・パルヴァ』、とりわけ“ジャヤドラタ討伐”の章段において、ドローナを凌駕する（あるいは策をもって出し抜く）ことを扱う第九十一章は、ここに終わる。」この結語（コロフォン）は、戦のより大きな道義と戦略の危機の中に本話を位置づける。すなわち、恐るべき師に相対しつつ、選び取った義務（ダルマ）を守ろうとする葛藤と、勝利の代価が増してゆく現実である。
