द्रोणानीक-व्यतिक्रमः — Kṛṣṇa–Arjuna Break Through Droṇa’s Array
ततो विमनस: सर्वे त्रस्ता: क्षुद्रमृगा इव । आसन् सुयोधनामात्या: स च राजा जयद्रथ:,'फिर तो दुर्योधनके मन्त्री और स्वयं राजा जयद्रथ--से सब-के-सब (सिंहसे डरे हुए) क्षुद्र मुगोंके समान भयभीत और उदास हो गये
tato vimanasaḥ sarve trastāḥ kṣudra-mṛgā iva | āsan suyodhanāmātyāḥ sa ca rājā jayadrathaḥ ||
すると一同は、臆病な小鹿のように怯え、意気消沈した。スヨーダナ（ドゥルヨーダナ）の重臣たちも、王ジャヤドラタもまた、恐れと落胆に囚われた。
