अधर्मो हि कृतस्तीव्र: कथं स्यादफलश्रिरम्‌ । “तुम्हारे पापकर्मका फल तुम्हें शीघ्र ही प्राप्त होगा। तुमलोगोंने घोर पाप किया है। उसका फल मिलनेमें अधिक विलम्ब कैसे हो सकता है?

Transliteration

adharmo hi kṛtas tīvraḥ kathaṃ syād aphalaśriyam |

Translation

サञ्जयは言った。「苛烈なるアダルマがすでに行われた——どうしてその報いが無いことがあろう。汝らの罪業の果はまもなく汝らに及ぶ。汝らは恐るべき悪を犯したのだ、その結果が遅れるはずがあるか。」
