ततो<प्रीतस्तथोक्त: सन्‌ भारद्वाजो<ब्रवीन्नपम्‌ । नाईसे मां तथा ज्ञातुं घटमानं तव प्रिये

Transliteration

tato 'prītaḥ tathoktaḥ san bhāradvājo 'bravīn nṛpam | na īśe māṃ tathā jñātuṃ ghaṭamānaṃ tava priye ||

Translation

サञ्जयは語った。するとバーラドヴァージャ（ドローナ）は、そのように言われたことを快く思わず、王に告げた。「王よ、わたしを誓いを破る者と思ってはならぬ。そなたの望むことを成し遂げるため、わたしは力の限り努めているのだ。」
