Transliteration
tataḥ senāpatiḥ śīghram ayaṃ kāla iti bruvan
Translation
そのとき総大将は早口に言い放った。「これはまさしくカーラ（時・死）そのものだ。」――戦においては、宿命の力が、ただ一つの止めがたい瞬間として具現することがあるという、冷ややかな確信を告げたのである。
