यदि नारायणास्त्रस्य प्रतियोद्धा न विद्यते । अद्यैतत्‌ प्रतियोत्स्यामि पश्यत्सु कुरुपाण्डुषु,“यदि इस नारायणास्त्रका सामना करनेवाला दूसरा कोई योद्धा अबतक नहीं हुआ है, तो आज मैं कौरवों और पाण्डवोंके देखते-देखते इसका सामना करूँगा

Transliteration

yadi nārāyaṇāstrasya pratiyoddhā na vidyate | adyaitat pratiyotsyāmi paśyatsu kuru-pāṇḍuṣu ||

Translation

サンジャヤは言った。「もしこれまで、ナーラーヤナの武器（ナーラーヤナ・アストラ）に立ち向かえる戦士が一人もいなかったのなら、今日こそ—クル族とパーンドゥ族の見守る前で—我がそれに対峙しよう。」
