ततो भीमस्य राधेयो गदामाविध्य वीर्यवान्‌

tato bhīmasya rādheyo gadām āvidhya vīryavān

サञ्जयは語った。ついで剛勇のラーデーヤ(カルナ)はガダーを振り回し、ビーマに向かって進み出た――戦の怒りがさらに燃え上がるさま、骨肉相争う戦の道義の重みの中で、力と決意が試されるさまである。
