Alāyudha-viṣa-phaktaṃ tu Bhīmaseniṃ mahābalam | dṛṣṭvā Karṇo mahābāhuḥ Pāñcālān samupādravat ||
サンジャヤは言った。アラーユダとの危険な死闘に絡め取られ、傷を負い毒にも侵されているビーマセーナの子ガトートカチャの有様を見て、強き腕を持つカルナはその機を逃さず、パンチャーラ軍へと突撃した。
