कृत्वा तत्‌ कर्म बीभत्सुरुग्रमुग्रपराक्रम: । विव्याध शकुनिं भूय: पञ्चभिननतपर्वभि:

Transliteration

kṛtvā tat karma bībhatsur ugraṁ ugraparākramaḥ | vivyādha śakuniṁ bhūyaḥ pañcabhir anata-parvabhiḥ ||

Translation

サンジャヤは言った。かの戦慄すべき業を成し遂げるや、凄烈にして恐るべき武威を備えたアルジュナは、節の曲がらぬ五本の矢で再びシャクニを貫き、戦の陰鬱な奔流の中で攻めをいよいよ押し進めた。
