नादयन् रथघोषेण कम्पयन्निव मेदिनीम् । अभ्यवर्तत पुत्रस्ते पाण्डवानामनीकिनीम्,अपने रथकी घरघराहटसे दिशाओंको प्रतिध्वनित करता और पृथ्वीको कँपाता हुआ- सा आपका पुत्र पाण्डव-सेनाके सम्मुख आया
nādayan rathaghoṣeṇa kampayann iva medinīm | abhyavartata putras te pāṇḍavānām anīkinīm ||
サンジャヤは言った。「戦車の轟きで四方を鳴り響かせ、まるで大地そのものを揺るがすかのように、陛下の御子はパーンダヴァ軍の戦列へまっすぐ進み出た。」
