Droṇa Encircled at Night: Coalition Advance and Battlefield Omens (द्रोणपर्यावरणं रात्रियुद्धवर्णनम्)
इति श्रीमहा भारते द्रोणपर्वणि जयद्रथवधपर्वणि भीमसेनप्रवेशे भीमपराक्रमे सप्तविंशत्यधिकशततमो< ध्याय:
iti śrīmahābhārate droṇaparvaṇi jayadrathavadhaparvaṇi bhīmasenapraveśe bhīmaparākrame saptaviṃśatyadhikaśatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ
かくして、尊き『マハーバーラタ』の『ドローナ・パルヴァ』、とりわけ「ジャヤドラタ討伐の章」において、ビー マセーナの参入とビー マの英雄的武威を描く第百二十七章は終わる。奥書は転換を告げる印である。物語は戦の一つの節目に達し、勇気と、義務に縛られた戦闘がもつ容赦なき推進力とを際立たせる。
