Droṇa-parva Adhyāya 107: Karṇa–Bhīma Saṃmarda

Arrow-storm Engagement

iti prakāraṃ śrīmahābhārate droṇaparvake antargataṃ jayadrathavadhaparvaṇi saṅkulayuddhaviṣayaka ekaśatacaturadhikaśatamo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ

Educational Q&A

As a colophon, the verse does not teach through direct instruction; it frames the battle narrative as a documented sequence within a dharmic conflict, emphasizing that war becomes 'saṅkula' (entangled/chaotic) and that events are to be understood in terms of moral causality and consequence.

This is the formal closing statement for the 104th chapter of the Jayadratha-slaying section within the Droṇa Parva, indicating that the chapter focused on the confused, densely interwoven fighting and is now complete.
