भीष्मपर्व — अध्याय ११०: पार्थभीमयोः प्रहारः तथा भीष्माभिमुखं संग्रामविस्तारः

आत्तशस्त्रो रणे यत्तो गृहीतवरकार्मुक: । मां पातयतु बीभत्सुरेवं तव जयो ध्रुवम्
āttaśastro raṇe yatto gṛhītavarakārmukaḥ | māṃ pātayatu bībhatsur evaṃ tava jayo dhruvam ||
ビーシュマは言った。「武器を携え戦に心を定めたビーバツ（アルジュナ）に、彼の優れた弓を取らせ、私を射倒させよ。そうすれば汝らの勝利は必ず定まる。」
