Kuntī’s Retrospective Uddharṣaṇa and Renunciatory Resolve (कुन्त्युद्धर्षण-प्रत्याख्यानम्)
बाहुभ्यां सम्परिष्वज्य समुन्नाम्य च पुत्रकम् । गान्धार्या: कथयामास सहदेवमुपस्थितम्
bāhubhyāṁ sampariṣvajya samunnāmya ca putrakam | gāndhāryāḥ kathayāmāsa sahadevam upasthitam ||
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。クンティーは両腕で子を抱きしめ、抱き上げて胸元へ引き寄せた。そしてガーンダーリーに告げた。「姉上、サハデーヴァがここにおります。あなたにお仕えするため、立って控えております。」その後、ユディシュティラ王、ビーマセーナ、アルジュナ、ナクラを見て、クンティー王妃は切なる思いに駆られ、彼らの方へと急ぎ進んだ。
