Praise of cow-gift and ghee-centered recitation
गोप्रदानीति वक्तव्यमर्घ्यवस्त्रवसुप्रद: । ऊर्ध्वास्या भवितव्या च वैष्णवीति च चोदयेत्
bhīṣma uvāca | gopradānīti vaktavyam arghyavastravasupradaḥ | ūrdhvāsyā bhavitavyā ca vaiṣṇavīti ca codayet ||
ビーシュマは言った。「彼は正式に『牛を施す者』と宣言され、また尊崇に値する供物、衣、財を施す者として称えられるべきである。さらに、吉祥なる確信をもって顔を上げているよう促され、『ヴァイシュナヴィー（Vaiṣṇavī）』—ヴィシュヌに帰依する者—と呼ばれ励まされるべきである。」
