Transliteration

ahiṁsā-niratā ye ca ye ca satya-vratā narāḥ | dāntāḥ śama-parāś caiva tān namasyāmi keśava

Translation

ナーラダは言った。「おおケーシャヴァよ！　不殺生（アヒンサー）に励み、真実の誓いを立て、自らを制し、そしてシャマ——内なる静けさ——に全身全霊を捧げる人々に、私は礼拝する。」
