अहिंसयित्वा ब्रह्महत्याविधानम् / Brahmahatyā incurred without physical violence
ब्राह्मणांश्वैव मन्येत गुरूंश्वाप्पभिपूजयेत् । सर्वभूतानुलोमश्न मृदुशील: प्रियंवद:
brāhmaṇāṁś caiva manyeta gurūṁś cāpy abhipūjayet | sarvabhūtānulomaś ca mṛduśīlaḥ priyaṁvadaḥ ||
ビーシュマは言った。バラモンを敬い、師や年長者をしかるべく礼拝し奉れ。あらゆる生きとし生けるものと和して暮らし、ふるまいは柔らかく、言葉は人の心にかなうように語れ。これこそが、正しき行いとして讃えられる倫理の規律である。
