द्यौ: सचन्द्रार्कनक्षत्रा खं दिशो भूर्महोदधि: । वासुदेवस्य वीरयेण विधृतानि महात्मन:

Transliteration

dyauḥ sacandrārkanakṣatrā khaṁ diśo bhūr mahodadhiḥ | vāsudevasya vīryeṇa vidhṛtāni mahātmanaḥ ||

Translation

ビーシュマは言った。「月・太陽・星々を伴う諸天、また虚空、十方、地と大海——これらすべては、大いなる魂をもつヴァースデーヴァの威力によって支えられている。」
