न क्रोधो न च मात्सर्य न लोभो नाशुभा मति: । भवन्ति कृतपुण्यानां भक्तानां पुरुषोत्तमे
Transliteration
na krodho na ca mātsaryaṁ na lobho nāśubhā matiḥ | bhavanti kṛta-puṇyānāṁ bhaktānāṁ puruṣottame ||
Translation
ビーシュマは言った。「功徳を積み、至上の御方プルショーッタマ（Puruṣottama）への帰依が確立した信徒には、怒りも、嫉みも、貪りも起こらない。彼らの理解が不浄や害悪へと向かうことも決してない。」
