शम्बरे निहते पूर्व रौक्मिणेयेन धीमता । अतीते द्वादशे वर्षे जाम्बवत्यब्रवीद्धि माम्
śambare nihate pūrvaṁ raukmiṇeyena dhīmatā | atīte dvādaśe varṣe jāmbavaty abravīd dhi mām, yudhiṣṭhira |
ヴァースデーヴァは言った。「ユディシュティラよ、昔、ルクミニー（Rukmiṇī）の賢き子が魔シャムバラ（Śambara）を討ち、十二年が過ぎたのち、子を望むジャンバヴァティー（Jāmbavatī）が我がもとに来て、かく語った。」
