कुर्यात् तथैव देवा वै प्रीयन्ते मधुसूदन । कुर्यादहरह: श्राद्धमन्नाद्यंनोदकेन च
kuryāt tathaiva devā vai prīyante madhusūdana | kuryād aharahaḥ śrāddham annādyaṃ nodakena ca ||
「まさにそのとおりに行え。そうすれば、ああマドゥスーダナよ、諸天はまことに歓ぶ。日々シュラーダッダ（śrāddha）を修し、食物などの供物とともに、水をも供えるべきである。」
