Householder Duties and Daily Offerings
सिद्धान्नाद् वैश्वदेवं वै कुर्यादगनौ यथाविधि,सिद्ध अन्न (तैयार हुई रसोई) मेंसे अन्न लेकर उसके द्वारा विधिपूर्वक बलिवैश्वदेव कर्म करना चाहिये
siddhān nād vaiśvadevaṃ vai kuryād agnau yathāvidhi
ヴァーユは言った。「すでに調理され、供されるばかりの食から一部を取り、聖火の中で、定められた作法に従ってヴァイシュヴァデーヴァ（Vaiśvadeva）の供献を行うべきである。」この教えは、日々の家の営みがダルマにかなうものとなるのは、まず自らの糧の一分を神々と一切の生きものに捧げ、己のためだけに食さぬところにある、と示している。
